Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out acceptable use of Marine Sample.
1. Permitted Use
Marine Sample should be used for legitimate vessel engineering records, sample tracking, report storage, trend review and related operational administration.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading or unrelated content. Do not upload files you are not authorised to store or share.
3. Security Misuse
Do not attempt to bypass login controls, access another user's records, disrupt the service, reverse engineer security controls, or upload malware.
4. Accuracy
Do not knowingly enter false sample results, vessel details or machinery data where this could mislead engineers, managers or other users.
5. Operational Safety
Do not rely on Marine Sample as the only source for safety-critical decisions. Always follow onboard procedures, laboratory recommendations, manufacturer guidance and applicable regulations.
6. Fair Use
Do not use the service in a way that overloads, damages or degrades the platform for others.
7. Enforcement
Accounts or content may be restricted or removed if this policy is breached.
